First mushroom picking of the season and we found a huge Cep and loads of Chanterell. Its going to be a good season! And we are cooking them in the restaurant.

Patty Pan
Due to the good summer we are having, we have been able to supply the restaurant with Patty Pan. Its a summer squash the best way I can describe it is half courgette and half squash. This has all come from three plants, in a week!
